Software selection and programming

With our hotel and rental smart locks, we can offer standard software that is free of charge. Also, our company offers to purchase paid software developed by us, which will allow you to additionally link locks with the short-term and long-term rental platform Booking.com .

Paid software linked to Booking.com will allow you to use the following features:

1. Customers choose apartments themselves and specify the time they will stay in the Booking.com system;

2. Customers can see which dates and which rooms/apartments are available in the Booking.com system ;

3. Customers pay for apartments in the Booking.com system ;

4. After order confirmation and payment, your customers receive temporary access codes to the ordered facilities/rooms. Codes will only be valid for the period for which payment was made.

5. The hotel administrator only needs to take care of cleaning the apartments when the guests leave. Apartment/room reservations and fund collection are done automatically.

Since our company implemented the software solution itself, we have the opportunity to perform additional programming work for a separate fee, if you want:

1. In the program of additional functionalities;

2. Integrations with other programs, such as accounting or others ;
