We started our activity in 2000 and since then we have installed intercom systems for more than 6000 apartment buildings. We provide a 2-year warranty for all newly installed telephone locks, which means that within 2 years we maintain your facility free of charge and remove all malfunctions related to malfunctions in the system (includes a set of telephone locks at the door and handsets in apartments, system cables) free of charge (except for cases of intentional damage) , then an invoice is issued for repair work and replaced equipment).

After 2 years and the end of the warranty, our customers request regular maintenance of their facility to keep the system fully operational and running smoothly. At the request of our customers, we have prepared several possible options for you, which are presented below.

What we can offer you after the warranty expires:

1. Sign a regular maintenance service contract ( all-inclusive, troubleshooting time 3 working days, regular prevention ), on the basis of which we undertake to maintain and periodically check that your telephone lock system works without problems and to remove all malfunctions free of charge.

Terms of the contract:

1. the contract is concluded for a fixed period of no less than 12 months;

2. a monthly fee is paid every month, which depends on the number of apartments in the stairwell, to find out the exact price, contact the specified contacts;

3. during the term of the contract, the craftsmen of our company undertake to regularly (once a month) come to the object to perform a preventive inspection of the telephone lock system (to make sure that the system is working properly, if it is necessary to tighten loose elements, to adjust the door closer so that the door does not rattle);

4. accept notifications from residents and the administering company or community for troubleshooting;

5. during the term of the contract, all elements of the telephone lock are replaced free of charge ( except in cases of intentional damage, in which case an invoice is issued for repair work and replaced equipment);

2. Sign a service contract ( replaced parts and work are calculated separately, fault removal time is 3 working days ), on the basis of which we undertake to come to your property and remove the fault within 3 working days, and to issue an invoice for the replaced parts and performed work to the administrator of your house company or partnership.

Terms of the contract:

1. the contract is concluded for a fixed period of no less than 12 months;

2. a monthly fixed fee of €10 per staircase is paid every month;

3. during the validity period of the contract, our company undertakes to come to your facility and eliminate the fault within 3 working days, and to issue an invoice to the company or association managing your house for the changed parts and the work performed;

4. accept notifications from residents and the administering company or community for troubleshooting;

3. Without signing any contract ( replaced parts and work are calculated separately, the time for troubleshooting is from 1 to 5 weeks ), after the end of the warranty period, our company can receive notifications from the managing company or the chairman of the association, but the failures are registered in a common queue and depending on the time of all (depending on the volume of registered failures, troubleshooting may take from 1 week to 5 weeks ). Therefore, we recommend that apartment building owners, after consulting with their neighbors, sign a regular maintenance service contract (which includes everything) or a service contract (where details and work are charged, but the response time is only 3 working days) ;
